This framework consolidates our Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Privacy Policy, Privacy Center controls (non-cookie), Consent Policy, Copyright (DMCA) Policy, Security & Responsible Disclosure, Accessibility Statement, Region-specific rights, and self-service request pages.

Who we are
Find Me LLC provides online services to help users discover and share content (the "Service"). This policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information. Regional notices prevail where they conflict with this overview.
Data we collect
1. You provide: account details (name, email, username, phone), profile content, messages, uploads, feedback, support requests. Payment details are processed by our payment partner.
2. Automatically: device/usage data (IP, device IDs, pages viewed, actions, timestamps), approximate location (IP-derived), crash logs; via SDKs and similar technologies.
3. From partners (if integrated): event data for measurement/fraud reduction; ad reach/metrics; see /privacy-center/activity.
4. Inferences: interests or preferences to improve recommendations and features—subject to your settings and region.
How we use data
Operate and secure the Service; personalize content and recommendations (including Sensitive Content settings); measure and improve performance/features; show and measure ads (personalize where allowed by settings/region); communicate with you; enforce policies; comply with legal obligations. We do not "sell" personal information in the colloquial sense; where laws define "sale" or "sharing," use /do-not-sell-or-share to exercise rights.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Contract; Consent (certain marketing and, where required, personalization); Legitimate interests (improve Service, prevent fraud, secure systems—balanced with your rights); Legal obligation.
Sharing
Processors (hosting, analytics, security, support, payments); advertising/measurement partners (per your settings/region); corporate transactions (merger, acquisition); lawful requests (courts, regulators) consistent with due process. We require processors to implement appropriate safeguards.
Automated decision-making & profiling
We use ranking, recommendation, and fraud-detection systems. You can adjust inputs in the Privacy Center. Where required, you may request human review or object to certain processing.
Marketing communications
Unsubscribe via email link or adjust in settings. Service/transactional messages will still be sent where necessary to your account.
Children & Teens
Not directed to children under the age where consent is required. Where teen accounts are permitted, stricter defaults apply (private profiles, limited DMs, higher sensitive-content limits). Parents/guardians may contact contact@fyndme.net regarding minor accounts.
Your rights
Depending on location, you may access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing; object; and withdraw consent. Use /data-request or email contact@fyndme.net. Appeals are available where required; unresolved concerns may be raised with your regulator.
California (US) – Do Not Sell/Share
Opt out at /do-not-sell-or-share. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) where required. You may designate an authorized agent under applicable rules.
International transfers
We use approved mechanisms (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) and safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Retention
We keep data only as long as needed or required by law, then delete or anonymize. Typical ranges: account data (life of account + limited period), analytics logs (days–months), security logs (months–years), backups (time-limited cycles).
Security
Administrative, technical, and physical measures include access controls, encryption in transit, secure development practices, monitoring/alerting, and incident response. No system is 100% secure; protect your credentials and review account activity.
Third-party links & plugins
Your interactions with third-party tools are governed by their policies; we are not responsible for their practices.
User-generated content & reporting
Content visibility depends on your settings. Report issues at /report; we triage according to our safety SLAs.
Changes
We will post updates here and revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent.
